As a Class A Leasing Professional, you are responsible for delivering a high-end, hospitality-driven leasing experience in a luxury high-rise or upscale multifamily community. Your role centers around providing exceptional customer service while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction

What you'll be doing:

 

  • Provide a Five-Star First Impression: Greet prospects and residents with professionalism and warmth, creating a concierge-style experience from the moment they step into the building.
  • Conduct Luxury Property Tours: Highlight premium amenities such as rooftop lounges, fitness centers, pool decks, concierge services, smart-home features and panoramic views; tailor tours to each prospect’s lifestyle preferences.
  • Relationship-Based Leasing: Build rapport quickly with high-income prospects, corporate clients, and relocation clientele. Ask discovery questions to understand lifestyle needs and match with the appropriate floor plan.
  • Upsell Amenities & Lifestyle: Promote value-add features like dry-cleaning service, valet parking, pet spas, package lockers, co-working lounges, and resident events as part of a luxury living experience.
  • Manage the Leasing Process: Handle applications, deposits, lease agreements, renewals, and move-in coordination efficiently and digitally. Ensure all compliance, fair housing, and company policies are followed.
  • Resident Retention: Provide personalized service to current residents, assist with service requests follow-up, and host or support upscale resident events (wine tastings, rooftop socials, wellness classes). 

Qualifications

What you must have:

 

  • Experience in Class A luxury leasing, hospitality, or high-end customer service.
  • Professional presentation and communication, in-person, phone, and email.
  • Strong sales aptitude with ability to close high-value leases.
  • Proficiency with property management software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
