What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff):

• Welcome prospective residents with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Share your love of the community through engaging tours and compelling conversations
• Build relationships, not just leases—your follow-up game is strong and thoughtful
• Keep a finger on the pulse of the neighborhood—scoping out the competition with market surveys and the occasional undercover apartment tour (yes, it’s as fun as it sounds!)
• Collaborate with a supportive team that celebrates every win, big or small
• Use your creativity to market through social media, events, and community outreach

What You Bring:

• Passion for people and a positive, driven attitude
• A natural flair for sales, communication, and social media engagement
• Confidence using tools like Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi is a plus!)
• Ability to work a flex schedule when needed which may include travel to assist other worksites and weekends.
• A desire to learn, grow, and bring your best self to work every day
• A valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (you may visit other sites occasionally)
